A 3-inch F16 Unitron rides the same mount to the left.
Bottom: Harry Powell explaining the geometry of the Saturn occultation
shown in progress on the TV screen behind him. The Moon and Saturn are
being imaged by a video camera on the C14 under the dome seen in the top
photos, behind the brick wall in the bottom photo.
All with Nikon D1, set for ISO 200, low-contrast, no in-camera sharpening.
Top two exposures: 8 seconds at F5.6, 15mm Nikkor lens. Bottom, 1/8 second
at F3.5 with 24-120mm Nikkor Zoom.
